Account Manager (Location:Malaysia, India, Thailand, Indonesia)

Responsibilities

  • Recruit partner and help partner win pilot projects;
  • Manage existing relationships, and drive revenue growth;
  • Generate enthusiasm and passion for Ruijie products among partner sales and engineering teams;
  • Maintain quarterly business plans for top partner accounts;
  • Coordinate sales and technical training for partners;
  • Selling Ruijie Products and Solutions to significant customers;
  • Develop influential relationships with assigned customers.

Requirements

  • Have working experience in IT sales / related job for at least 5 years;
  • Focusing on Education, Enterprise or Telco business;
  • Have experience in Channel development;
  • Have basic / minimum networks + IT knowledge;
  • Understand Malaysia market and able to work under pressure;
  • Good at doing presentation;
  • Able to speak Chinese / Mandarin will be a plus.

Postsales Engineer (Location: Malaysia, India)

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistant and support to Ruijie Networks Co., Ltd (IBD)’s channel, system integration and distributor;
  • Provide hi-touch technical assistant, support to Ruijie Networks Co., Ltd (IBD) Key/VIP clients and close support collaborate with channel/system integration to service the account(s)/client(s);
  • Develop Ruijie Networks Co., Ltd (IBD) channel partner/system integration/distributor support skill by managing and conducting Post Sales technical training/workshop regularly;
  • Close collaborate with Ruijie Networks Co., Ltd (IBD) 2nd Level (IBD TAC) support to address partner(s) and end customer support requests;
  • Provide necessary Inter-department/cross department POC, offer regional support service when necessary;
  • Collaborate with Ruijie Networks Co., Ltd’s Beijing RnD team to conduct new product feature and POC tests, help to release to the global market.
  • Collaborate with Ruijie Networks Co., Ltd strategic business partner(s) [enterprise network software solution] to conduct POC. Provide technical support to partners and end customers to promote jointly developed products solutions

Requirements

  • At least 5 years technical experience on sales support, maintain of enterprise network products (any of ) main stream vendors : Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Aruba, Ruckus, Hauwei Enterprise, Juniper Networks and working in system integration or value-add distributor;
  • Able to speak and write Bahasa Malaysia fluently, can speak English or Mandarin is a plus;
  • Technical skill on Switching, Routing, Wireless LAN, Network Orchestration/Integration are a must and additional skill on enterprise network software and server virtualization are added advantages;
  • Certified professional with (any of) : CCNP/CCIE [Cisco Systems], ASE/Master ASE [HP Enterprise], Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), HCNP/HCIE [Hauwei Enterprise], JNCIP/JNCIE [Juniper Networks];
  • Have good interpersonal skill and able to communicate in all level.

Presales Engineer (Location: Malaysia, India)

Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales / Business development teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections and convert prospects to customers.
  • Work closely with the product management team to demonstrate and prototype integrations within customer environment.
  • Prepare and deliver product messaging to highlight value proposition through whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstration, proof of concept management and RFP response documents.
  • Work independently with prospects / customers technical teams on technical scoping. During the process of scoping, you may be involved in complex workflow analysis and in-depth examination of the interaction between company and customers requirement.
  • Provide technical mentorship and training for new hires and peers.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have exposure of working in presales role for Wireless routing and switching product.
  • Candidate should have sound knowledge of working in Networking, Routing, Switching and wireless domain.
  • Candidates who have worked in channel and in Education and Govt. Vertical will be preferred.

Regional Solution Manager (Location: Malaysia, Hong Kong)

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales, technical department to develop vertical solution for targeted sector (i.e. Telecom / Education / Data Center industry) ;
  • Identify potential business opportunity and drive the execution;
  • Prepare and execute go-to-market strategy including new product launch, POC, demo, and technical support;
  • Support sales and channel partners to achieve company’s goal on sales targets and market share.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years relevant experiences in infrastructure solution;
  • Solid experience on Large Campus Design / Hotspot WiFi / Smart City / Data Center & SDN is a must;
  • Independent, positive, disciplined, motivated with good interpersonal skill;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Russian Account Manager (Location: Russia)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing strategic partner, build channel systems;
  • Able to maintain and operate large projects on operator, enterprise and government;
  • Have selling experience in government / energy industry, or have SME distribution channel’s experience;
  • Digging all kinds of sales opportunities, in order to establish and maintain a competitive customer relationship;
  • Achieve sales targets;
  • Searching local competitive integrators to provide sustainable business plan.

Requirements

  • Prefer Russian natives, full-time undergraduate or higher degree. Major in computer, communication engineering and other related professional;
  • More than three years sales experience in network equipment manufacturers or agents, experience in channel management is preferred;
  • Strong customer relationship building ability, be good at communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong channel developing ability and able to work independently;
  • Could work under high pressure, initiative and Self-driving.
