Deputy Sales Director

Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Director to build sales plans.
  • Manage employee commitment targets through team management and continuous coaching.
  • Be responsible for the sales target in education or government sectors nationwide.
  • Develop and manage the relationship with large accounts in specified industries.
  • Be responsible for the brand buildup and channel development in specified industries.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years solid project sales and account management experiences in education and government sectors.
  • Proven track record in project sales.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skill and problem solving skill.
  • A good team leader, proactive and aggressive.
  • Bachelor degree or above in business, telecommunication, computer science or related discipline.
  • Sales experiences of data communication equipments is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Mandarin speaking is a plus.

Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing named account to generate sales revenue.
  • Able to develop account to expand the company’s footprint beyond product selling whereby customer sees us as a solution provider instead of a box pusher.
  • Sales projects operation and management.
  • Collect and analyze customer information to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction level.
  • With responsibility for the brand buildup and channel development.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years solid project sales and account management experiences in education or government sectors.
  • Proven track record in project sales.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skill and problem solving skill.
  • A good team leader, proactive and aggressive.
  • Bachelor degree or above in business, telecommunication, computer science or related discipline.
  • Sales experiences of data communication equipments is a plus.

Pre-sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Working with sales person to win sales projects
  • Managing and resolving client/partner issues and concerns
  • Executing new and up-sell implementations, providing training to the client or partner, identifying requirements
  • Leading account growth by identifying ongoing needs and developing opportunities
  • Researching, developing and cultivating clients and partners to understand their business needs

Requirements

  • At least 5 years solid pre-sales experience, experience in data communication is a plus.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skill.
  • A good team player, proactive, strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skill.
  • Bachelor degree or above in telecommunication, computer science or related discipline.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin speaking is a plus.
