The RG-AP740-I AP fully supports the latest 802.11ac Wave 2. It employs the 4th Ruijie X-sense antenna, provides three radios, supports four spatial streams, and supports innovative technologies such as MU-MIMO and HT160, which dramatically improves the signal coverage of RG-AP740-I and ensures an optimal access effect for a large number of mobile smart STAs at any time.

Three radios with differentiated services are provided. When there are more 2.4 GHz STAs than 5 GHz STAs, the dual 2.4 GHz band solution is adopted to reduce the 2.4 GHz radio load and improve the network access speed of STAs. When there are more 5 GHz STAs than 2.4 GHz STAs, differentiated services are provided for Wave 1 and Wave 2 STAs in 5 GHz. Wave 1 STAs will not interfere with the MU-MIMO algorithm of Wave 2 STAs. In addition, the number of STAs carried by each radio card can be reduced to increase the average network access speed. Through this design, user experience of all STAs can be improved by more than 50% in all scenarios.
